Step-by-step preparation of mochacino coffee with milk and chocolate, recipe with photo:
1. Pour ground coffee beans into a Turk. In order for the drink to have the best aroma, it is customary to grind the grains before preparing it.
2. Pour coffee with drinking water and place the Turk on the stove. Bring to a boil over medium heat and remove the turkey from the stove. Leave the coffee to infuse for 1 minute and repeat the process again: boil it. Be careful not to let the coffee run out, as when it boils, it rises quickly.
3. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in the glass in which you will serve the drink.
4. Place the glass in the microwave and melt the chocolate. Make sure that it does not boil, otherwise it will acquire a bitter taste that cannot be gotten rid of. If you don't have a microwave, then melt the chocolate in a steam bath.
5. Heat milk to warm temperature and pour into a glass with melted chocolate.
6. Next, carefully pour the brewed coffee through the filtration so that no beans get in. Make sure that the layers do not mix, although you can mix all the products if you wish. Serve the mochacino with milk and chocolate immediately after preparation.
