Cooking stuffed sweet apples
- You need only nine medium-sized apples (but always the same): wash, peel and select the middle (with a knife, which will not be very easy, because the apples are needed whole) - as a result, nine pretty "barrels" will be obtained.
- After that, you need to mix two hundred grams of cottage cheese, fifty grams of sugar, an egg and two or three (as you like) teaspoons of cinnamon.
- Put this filling in the "apple kegs". Wrap each apple tightly in foil and bake for thirty to forty-five minutes (depending on the size and variety of apples) in a hot oven (two hundred degrees). The readiness of the apples is checked visually or with a stick (toothpick), if it enters smoothly, then the apples are ready.
- Put the finished apples on a plate with a blue border (or simply on a blue one) and pour over with chocolate. You can cook it yourself, or just melt the finished tile. Why exactly a blue plate, you will ask yourself a question, but because the apples are fabulous, and not simple:).
- Sprinkle the apples with chopped walnuts on top. Now all that remains is to organize a trip to the fabulous land of childhood and sweets together with the children.
Fabulous appetite!
