Shrimp and quail eggs are delicious foods that enhance the flavor and spice of the food. This salad is versatile and is suitable not only for a festive table, but also perfectly diversifies the daily menu. It is low in calories, yet it is great satiating due to its high amount of protein. Its recipe is quite simple, but the dish turns out to be light and dietary. If you want to minimize the calorie content of the salad, then do not use mayonnaise for dressing, but instead take olive oil, which can be mixed with lemon juice or soy sauce.
Any shrimp can be used for the dish, the main thing is that they look beautiful on the dish. Therefore, if you use large individuals of seafood, then it is better to cut them in half. Take a variety of tomatoes that are less watery, otherwise they will flow, the salad will become watery and will look ugly. Well, if you don't like quail eggs, then use a chicken product. Although, unlike chicken eggs, quails are considered the most dietary. Plus, they can be consumed raw without fear of salmonella.

Cooking salad with shrimps and quail eggs
1. Use pre-boiled and frozen shrimps. It will be enough just to pour such hot salt water over and leave for 10 minutes to melt and heat up. If you are using raw seafood, boil it in salted water until it turns red.
2. Next, remove the shell from the shrimp and tear off the head. If you use them large, cut it in half lengthwise or crosswise so that it is convenient to use the salad.
3. Boil quail eggs hard-boiled. They are boiled in the same way as chicken, but less time - 4-5 minutes. Then cool them in ice water, peel and cut into two halves. Wash the tomatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Use a sharp knife to cut them into small wedges.
4. Select a flat plate to serve the salad and place some of the quail eggs on it.
5. Arrange the tomato slices on top.
6. Then add the peeled shrimp. All products should be stacked on top of each other.
7. Combine soy sauce with olive oil and pour over food. Season the salad with salt to taste. But be careful with adding salt, as there may be enough soy sauce salt. Serve the salad immediately after cooking.
