- Shrimps - 150 g
- Chinese salad - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.
- Quail egg - 10 pcs.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Salt - 0.3 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 50 g.
- Mayonnaise "Calve" - 50 ml
Shrimp and quail egg salad recipe
Step 1
To begin with, we cut all our ingredients for the salad: tomatoes mode in two halves (since these are small - cherry), quail eggs also in half, tear the salad with large leaves and rub the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Cook shrimp. To do this, boil water, pre-salt it well, and put shrimps in boiled water - cook for 3-5 minutes maximum. We drain the water and let the shrimp cool.
Step 3
Next, take a plate suitable for a salad (large and not deep) and lay out: lettuce leaves, then shrimp, quail eggs and tomatoes. Salt everything and pour it with lemon juice.
Step 4
In our beautifully laid out salad, pour mayonnaise on top in the center (you do not need to smear and stir!).
Step 5
