- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Raisins - 30 g
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - for dressing

Cooking beetroot salad with cheese, raisins and nuts
1. Wash the beets and boil in salted water. This process will take you about 2 hours, depending on the size of the root crop. After the vegetable is completely cool and chill. Due to the fact that it takes a lot of time to prepare beets, it is advisable to prepare it in advance, for example, in the evening.
After the vegetable, peel and cut into cubes with sides of about 6 mm. But you can also grate it on a coarse grater. It's a matter of taste.
2. Before preparing the salad, first of all, wash the raisins and pour boiling water so that it softens and swells.
3. Slice the processed cheese like the beets. However, if you grated the vegetable, then grate the cheese too. To make the cheese easier to cut, soak it in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
4. Place beets, processed cheese and walnuts in a salad bowl. You can pre-ignite the nuts in a clean and dry frying pan. So they will be tastier, but also more nutritious.
5. Tilt the raisins onto a sieve to drain the water. Then blot with a paper towel and add to the salad.
