If your child does not like cottage cheese, then there is a great way to interest him in a delicious dish - to make cheese cakes with chocolate. You can cook them from cottage cheese of any fat content, and apply any chocolate to your taste: bitter, milk, white. Such syrniki absolutely do not require any addition, only a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea will be enough, and a glass of milk for the child. After all, what could be even tastier than a rosy cheesecake with melted chocolate inside? I'm sure this dish will undoubtedly become your family's morning breakfast hit. In addition, it is quite simple to prepare such syrniki, they can be made with ease, even with minimal culinary experience.
Such cheesecakes, like classic ones, can be complemented to taste with any products. Raisins, dried apricots, nuts, fruits or berries are suitable, in the role of the latter they will perfectly complement the chocolate taste - raspberries, as I did. I used wheat flour to bread the cheesecakes, but you can replace it with semolina, oatmeal, or make a more refined and chic dish using ground nuts.
If this is your first time preparing such a dish, then remember that not everyone likes the combination of sour cottage cheese with sweet chocolate. Therefore, use only fresh cottage cheese, or you can replace it with fresh ricotta and low-fat cream cheese. Well, what else should be taken into account - chocolate cheese cakes, like any other chocolate pastry, tend to burn, so always keep an eye on them, without leaving for a minute.

Cooking cheesecakes with chocolate
1. In a deep bowl in which you plan to knead the dough, put cottage cheese, flour, sugar and beat in an egg.
2. Add raspberries to food. It should not be washed, otherwise it will flow, become limp and make the dough too watery, which will require more flour to be added. And this can lead to the fact that curd cakes turn into pancakes with cottage cheese.
3. Crush the chocolate with a knife, or break it into small pieces. I do not recommend chopping it very finely so that you can feel the melted chocolate pieces in the cheese pan.
4. Knead the dough well until smooth.
5. Now start shaping and breading the syrniki. Pour flour into a flat plate. Take a portion of the dough with a tablespoon and use your hands to form a ball from it, which you press down to make a cake. Place it on a plate of flour and bread on both sides.
6. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put cheese pancakes to be fried. Cook them over medium heat on both sides for no more than 2 minutes on each side. It is necessary that they only turn brown and take on a light crust, while remaining creamy, tender and soft inside.
7. Serve the prepared cheese cakes directly from the pan, while they are hot, the chocolate is melted inside and has a viscous consistency.
