- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chocolate - 100 g
- Semolina - 50 g
- Flour - 100 g

Step-by-step preparation of cheese cakes with chocolate in a pan
1. Cottage cheese for sirniki is best, of course, to take homemade, fatty. It will come out tastier. If the cottage cheese is low-fat (dry), then add a little sour cream to the dough. So, in a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, semolina.
2. Thoroughly mix the mixture using a fork. Crush large pieces of cottage cheese with a fork. The mass should be homogeneous. You should not add sugar to the dough, because there will be a chocolate filling, and it is a priori sweet. We leave the dough alone for 20 minutes so that the semolina swells. The dough will become a little denser and easier to work with.
3. Pour flour into a deep plate and spoon part of the curd mass with a spoon.
4. Now with dry hands take this curd "cake", place in the center 1 piece of chocolate bar or 1 teaspoon of chocolate paste.
5. Roll the edges of the cake to form a curd. Dip it in flour on both sides and send it straight to the pan with heated vegetable oil.
6. Fry cheese cakes over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. They should be browned.
