How do pancakes differ from pancakes? In principle, only in shape and size! But pancakes are also good because you can add all kinds of fillings to them, which cannot be done with pancakes. For example, today I decided to add crushed pieces of chocolate to a regular dough mixed with milk. Although the chocolate can be melted in a water bath and poured into the dough if desired, this will create a smooth chocolate pancake. But, in my opinion, it is tastier to taste small slices of melted chocolate in your meal. Moreover, you can use any chocolate itself - black, milk or white. It already depends on your taste.
This amazing dessert will appeal to all chocolate lovers. Prepare such a hearty, simple and quick breakfast, than turn it into a real treat for your favorite gourmets. Moreover, it is being prepared quickly enough, and even for a novice hostess, it does not seem to be difficult to make it.
The pancakes themselves can be cooked in any liquid - milk, kefir, water. Also, for the splendor of the dish, you can put slaked soda with vinegar, yeast or baking powder in the ingredients. Here, the main highlight of the recipe is chocolate.

Cooking pancakes with chocolate
1. Pour room temperature milk into a deep container, beat in an egg, add flour, salt and sugar.
2. Use a sharp knife to break the chocolate into medium-sized pieces.
3. Add the chocolate chips to the bowl with all the ingredients.
4. Knead the dough well. Its consistency should be like thick sour cream, i.e. it should not pour, but slowly slide off the spoon.
