Cooking beans with mushrooms in tomato
1. Wash the champignons, dry and cut into 4 pieces. I strongly advise you not to cut them into small pieces. they will get lost in the dish.
2. Peel carrots, onions and garlic, wash under running water and cut into strips.
3. Boil the beans until almost cooked. To do this, pre-soak it for 6 hours, in the ratio of water and legumes 2: 1. Change the water once or twice to prevent the beans from fermenting. Then wash it, put it in a saucepan and fill it with drinking water. Boil, reduce the temperature and cook without a lid for about 1.5-2 hours. Cooking time depends on the variety and size of the beans. Therefore, taste the readiness, soft, remove from the stove. You need to salt the legumes at the end of cooking, for 10 minutes.
