The combination of these two healthy products will delight children with a sweet tooth for breakfast, and their body will receive not only a delicious curd delicacy, but also the necessary calcium.
General principles of making cottage cheese pancakes with chocolate
By themselves, cottage cheese pancakes are a popular Russian dish. Cooking them is quite simple and any novice cook can handle them. The basic set of products includes cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and a little flour to give the curd mass the desired consistency. There are recipes for cheese cakes, where semolina is used, or semolina and flour in equal quantities. To make the food lush and tender, a little baking powder or soda is added to the dough.
Also, in addition to the standard components, all kinds of additives are widespread. For example, banana puree, chopped apple, grated carrots, persimmon slices, crushed nuts, steamed raisins, coconut shavings or chocolate slices are put into the dough. In principle, you can combine cottage cheese with absolutely any ingredients of your choice.

- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate - 50 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Salt - a pinch
- Refined vegetable oil - for frying
Cooking curd cheese cakes with chocolate
1. Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl. If you have extra time, then rub it through a sieve, then the syrniki will be much softer. Add flour, which you would like to sift. Add sugar and salt and beat in an egg.
2. Put in the cocoa powder. But if you are using it sweet, then consider this when adding sugar. You may need much less of it.
3. Stir the cheese mass well. It will immediately turn chocolate color.
4. Grate the chocolate and add to the dough. Although you can chop it up with a sharp knife and even melt it in a water bath. This does not change the taste of the finished dish. Therefore, do as you like. After that, mix the mass again.
5. Place the frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat well. Then lower the temperature to medium and spread the round small cheese cakes to grill. It is very easy to form them. Take a portion of the dough with a tablespoon. Sprinkle flour on your hands to keep it from sticking. Roll a ball, which press down to a thickness of no more than 1.5 cm.
Fry the cheese cakes on both sides, literally 3 minutes each, and you can serve them with your favorite jam or preserves.
