Cooking milk jelly with peanuts in chocolate
1. Pour the gelatin powder into any container and dilute according to the instructions on the package. This is usually done in the following way. The powder is poured with warm (not hot) water and mixed well until completely dissolved. Then it is left for 10 minutes to swell.
2. Pour the milk into a container that can be placed on the stove. Add sugar (honey) to it and put on fire. Heat slightly to dissolve the sugar completely. Do not bring milk to a boil, otherwise the jelly will acquire an unpleasant taste.
3. Then pour the diluted gelatin into the milk and mix well. It is advisable to do this through filtration, so that in the case of non-dissolved pieces of gelatin, it does not get into the milk.
4. Pick up any jelly molds. These can be cupcake tins or glasses. At the bottom of the mold, place a few pieces of chocolate covered peanuts, which you can buy in the store or make yourself. In addition, peanuts can be replaced with any other nuts of your choice.
5. Fill the molds with milk jelly and send them to the refrigerator until they solidify, about 2 hours. If you have limited time, you can put the jelly in the freezer for 20 minutes at a temperature of -15 degrees.
6. When the jelly is completely set, remove it from the mold. To do this, pour hot water into a deep plate, into which lower the container with jelly for 2 seconds (no more). Then shake the container a little to see if the jelly has come off the mold and quickly turn it over onto a plate.
