Ingredients:
- Milk - 400 ml
- Sugar - 50 g or to taste
- Fast soluble gelatin - 1 tbsp.
- Blackberries - for decoration
- Chocolate paste - 50 g
Step by step preparation of milk jelly with chocolate paste and blackberries, recipe with photo:
1. Pour gelatin into a small container.
2. Fill it with warm water.
3. Mix well and leave to swell to completely dissolve the granules.
4. Pour milk into a saucepan and add sugar. Place on the stove and heat to completely dissolve the sugar.
5. Pour the swollen gelatin into the milk through a fine sieve to filter out undissolved lumps, if any.
6. Collect the dessert. Pour some milk with gelatin into a transparent glass and put a teaspoon of chocolate paste. Send the container to the refrigerator to freeze for 1 hour.
7. When the milk is slightly frozen, remove the dessert from the refrigerator and gradually fill the glass. Pour in milk with gelatin and add chocolate paste.
8. This will give you about 4 layers.
9. When the milk jelly with chocolate spread has completely set, garnish with blackberries. Serve after cooking. If you store it for some time, keep it in the refrigerator, because at room temperature, the gelatin will heat up and the dessert will begin to melt.
