For coffee lovers, I propose an interesting and at the same time simple recipe - coffee smoothie with ice cream. The cocktail does not contain alcohol, so it can be enjoyed at any time. Step-by-step recipe with a photo. Video recipe.
In summer, you always want something cold, invigorating, cooling and refreshing. There are many similar drinks, but in this recipe I offer an ideal solution for all coffee lovers - coffee smoothie with ice cream. This invigorating drink is especially suitable on the hottest and sultry days of summer. You don't even have to brew your usual coffee to make this delicious summer cocktail. I just put all the products in a bowl and beat everything thoroughly with a blender. Of course, you cannot use natural, freshly ground coffee beans for the recipe. Instant coffee is provided here. But the drink still comes out with an amazing coffee aroma and taste.
Available products are used for the recipe: milk, ice cream and coffee. But if you wish, you can add a sweet banana here. Then the consistency of the smoothie will become viscous and denser. A pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg is also great. This will make the taste of the smoothie even more interesting and original. Such a cold coffee dessert drink is a good start to the day. The cocktail is very nutritious, so it is ideal for breakfast, and on a hot morning it will still help to cheer up, improve mood, satisfy hunger and cool. They can also replace an afternoon snack. It is drunk during lunch, business meetings, as a snack.

Step by step preparation of coffee smoothie with ice cream, recipe with photo:
1. Take a stationary or free blender bowl and dip the ice cream with coffee into it. If you want to enhance the coffee aroma and taste, you can use coffee ice cream. And if you want a very sweet drink, then add powdered sugar or fructose. Ordinary refined sugar has a coarser consistency, so it may not completely dissolve. Chocolate will also add sweetness and originality to the drink.
2. Pour in the cooled milk and use a blender to whisk the products at high speed for 1-2 minutes until a homogeneous mass and airy foam are formed. I advise you to serve the finished coffee smoothie with ice cream in tall beautiful glasses, garnished with fresh fruit. You can add some ice to the glass if you like. Its quantity varies with the height of the glass; on average, it takes up a third of the total volume. See also a video recipe on how to make a coffee cocktail.
