Coffee with ice cream and cloves has a mild milky taste and takes pride of place among invigorating and tonic drinks. Step-by-step recipe with a photo. Video recipe.
Coffee is a drink of sophisticated gourmets. And how they just do not manage to cook it. There are even coffee recipes with salt and black pepper. Many people like to drink it with a variety of additives. Ice cream and cloves go well with it. Cloves add a tart and spicy sweet aroma and flavor, while ice cream adds a delicate and creamy note. Such a fragrant and warming drink is especially good for brewing during the cold season. The recipe provides for the use of an elite grade of grain coffee - ground by hand and properly brewed in a Turk.
Many literatures write that cinnamon promotes weight loss and strengthens the immune system. Therefore, such a drink will also help to lose those extra pounds. It was believed that the spice “warms up” the blood and improves appetite. You can brew the drink according to any recipe. If you are not afraid of the too bitter taste of coffee, then you can refuse ice cream in the recipe. It will also soften excessive bitterness, making the coffee more tender and softer than natural honey. And if you are a lover of spices and seasonings, then you can add any other spices to your taste. The most common and suitable for this drink are considered: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg and vanilla.

Ingredients:
- Brewed natural ground coffee - 1 tsp.
- Ice cream - 1 tablespoon
- Carnation buds - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - optional and to taste
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step preparation of coffee with ice cream and cloves, recipe with photo:
1. Pour coffee into a Turk. I recommend grinding coffee beans before preparation, so the drink will be the most aromatic.
2. Add carnation buds to the turk.
3. Pour the food with drinking water and send to cook on the stove.
4. Bring the drink to a boil over medium heat and remove the turkey from the heat. An airy foam will begin to form on the surface of the coffee, which will quickly rise upward. If the Turk is not removed from the fire in time, the coffee will run away.
5. After a minute, return the turk to the heat and bring to a boil again. Remove it for 1 minute and repeat the same procedure one more time.
6. Pour the coffee into a cup, in which you will serve the drink to the table.
7. Add ice cream and serve without stirring immediately. Coffee with ice cream and cloves should be drunk immediately, grabbing small pieces of ice cream in small sips.
