From the quality of the selected caviar, the creature will depend on the taste of the finished dish. To make the pancakes really tasty and delicious, take your choice of red caviar seriously.
How to choose red caviar?
If red caviar is sold in a tin can, then it should not be bloated. The product is stored in such a package for no more than a year at a temperature of -4 to -6 ° C. The easiest way is to choose caviar in glass packaging, where it can be carefully examined. Remember, quality caviar is selected, uniform, shiny, of the same size and color.

Cooking pancakes stuffed with red caviar
1. Pour flour into the dough mixing container. If desired, you can sift it so that it is enriched with oxygen, then the pancakes will turn out more tender.
2. Beat in an egg, pour in milk and vegetable oil, add a pinch of salt and sugar to taste. Use a whisk, blender or mixer to knead the dough well until smooth so that there is not a single lump.
3. Place the pan on the stove and heat well. Take a portion of the dough with a ladle and pour it into the center of the pan, which you rotate in different directions so that the dough spreads evenly in a circle. Cook the pancake to a moderate temperature for about 2-3 minutes. When browned edges appear around its circle, use a spatula to gently turn it over so as not to break, and fry the same number of times until golden brown.
4. Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other. If desired, you can grease them with butter for taste. Before serving the pancakes to the table, wrap the filling in them. To do this, turn the stack upside down and put a tablespoon of caviar in the middle.
5. Wrap the pancake with an envelope.
6. Follow the same procedure for all pancakes, place the delicacy dish on a serving plate, and serve the sacred food to the festive table.
