A variety of products are used as fillings, so sandwiches can be both sweet and salty. Today we will make toast with eggplant, cheese and herbs. They taste tender, light and mouth-watering. They are good in that the eggplants can be fried or baked in advance in the oven, and the toasts themselves can be prepared at any time. This allows you to make a snack not only at home, but also outdoors or at work. If you want more nutritious and satisfying sandwiches and are not afraid to gain extra pounds, then you can fry the eggplants in rings in a pan. 1. Wash and dry the eggplants with a paper towel. Cut them into rings of 0.5-0.7 mm. Place the eggplants on a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil. If you wish, you can season them with spices and herbs.
