- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Butter - 25 g
- Soda - 1 tsp

Cooking Yantar Processed Cheese
1. Place the curd in a cooking pot and whisk with a blender until smooth. This process can be done in any container, but in order not to stain a lot of dishes, I recommend immediately whisking it in a saucepan, in which you will further cook the cheese. If there is no blender, then grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or twist it in a meat grinder.
2. Pour in the chilled milk and beat the food again with a mixer until it reaches a smooth, even mass.
3. Put in a pinch of salt and baking soda. Place the pot on the stove and cook, stirring constantly. The curd will begin to melt, turning into a viscous, even consistency. If the mixture seems too liquid, then add more baking soda, it serves as a thickener in this recipe.
4. When the mass is completely dissolved and the first bubbles appear, remove the pan from the heat and add the butter.
5. Stir the cheese until the butter melts well.
6. Pour the cheese into tins and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. During this time, it thickens, and a kind of crust forms on its surface, which will not interfere with taste perception. Use it in any meals, snacks, desserts, just like in groceries.
