Let me say a few words about the ingredients. You can use cottage cheese of any fat content - this is completely irrelevant. Nuts are also suitable for any of your taste. If you are allergic to bee products, in particular honey, you can use regular white or brown sugar. Any jam or jam is also suitable as a sweetener. Take lavash only fresh and soft. If it is dry and brittle, then it will be impossible to roll it up, from which the cake simply will not work. Use any baking dish that you have, because the size of the cake can be unlimited. You can cook it of any diameter, since there can be as many lavash curls as you like.

Ingredients:
- Lavash - 2 pcs. oval
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Almond shavings - 50 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
Step-by-step preparation of a lavash pie with cottage cheese, honey and nuts:
1. Put curd in a deep bowl and add honey.
2. Use a blender to beat the food to form a homogeneous curd mass. If there is no such device, then grind the cottage cheese through a fine iron sieve. It is advisable to do this cycle 2 times, then the curd will be more uniform and airy.
3. Pour almonds into the whipped curd mass and stir to distribute throughout the mass.
4. Cut the lavash into strips 10 cm wide and spread the curd mass over the entire length with a long sausage about 3 cm wide.
5. Tuck the pita bread on both sides, covering the curd filling to make a roll.
6. Roll the resulting roll into a snail and place in a baking dish lined with culinary parchment.
7. Continue to do a similar procedure: spread the curd mass on the pita bread, roll it up and form a spiral cake. Continue to lay out the pita rolls one after another. The diameter of the pie can be very different.
8. Drive the egg into a deep container, you can pour in a few tablespoons of milk and stir. You do not need to beat with a mixer, just stir until smooth. Brush the cake with a silicone brush. If the egg mass remains, then pour it on the pie between the lavash “sausages.” Heat the oven to 180 degrees, cover the pie with food foil and send it to bake for 40 minutes. If you want the top of the product to brown, remove the foil 10 minutes before cooking. Serve the pie to the table warm. The chilled dessert is also delicious though.
