• soft filler;
• cord;

Redraw the presented pattern, lay it on the fabric, cut the material, cut it out.

Such a blank must be made from another canvas. On the one hand, where the tie will be, you need to sew these two parts. Where, it can be seen in the photo, the place of the seam is outlined with a pink marker.

To prevent the seam from pulling, cut the allowances with scissors.

Now sew one side of the tape along the edge of the first fabric, and sew the other side to the edge of the second. Now, folding the tape in half lengthwise, stitch it along the seam so that a drawstring is formed into which you will thread the tie. You can do it differently.

Take two pieces of edging, place one on the second. Between these layers, place the edge of one canvas on the side, and on the other side, the edge of the second. Stitch, you have a drawstring for the lace. Use pins to mark where the bottom will be to separate the nest. In this case, the sides will have a height of 15 cm.

Stitch this oval, leaving a small pocket on top, through which you will fill this part with filler.

Now you need to make transverse stitches along the bottom at a distance of 10 cm from each other.

Fill the sides with padding polyester.

Insert the lacing into the drawstring, put the stoppers on its ends.

Using a string, tighten the nest cocoon, put the baby in this cozy crib.

You can sew a cocoon nest for newborns, stitch handles from the same fabric to the product so that you can carry your beloved child with your own hands. If you prefer, instead of lace, simply stitch the fabric to the edge to thread in the lacing, or you can finish it by sewing lace here.

Transformer envelope for a newborn

There are other variants of this product, for example, this one.

1. Cut out rectangles of the same size from two canvases, round each on one side.
2. Choose the applique you like and sew it on the front side of the upper rectangle.
3. Put one canvas on your face, place a sheet filler on top of it, cover with a second identical cloth that needs to be placed with the wrong side up.
4. Sew around the edge of this layered sandwich, leaving the lower, small side unstitched. Through it, turn out the cocoon of the mattress, sew this edge on your hands or, turning the edge inward, on a typewriter.
5. Fold the bottom of this blanket up and sew a zipper on the right and left sides. When you put your child on this mattress, it will be enough to lift the lower part of the cocoon up, carefully close the zipper. In the reverse order, you will unbutton the blanket to reach the baby.

Here's another interesting model.

It is created in almost the same way as the previous one, only at the top, ribbons need to be sewn to one and the second corner, another pair is sewn at a short distance from the data. It will be enough to tie these ribbons in pairs, and the child will have such a wonderful hood.

Some parents want their kids to be mods from infancy. To do this, you need to sew the envelope according to the same principle - pull the upper corners towards each other, fix this part with two buttons and loops. The dark fabric is designed in the form of a suit, the light background will serve as a shirt. It remains to make a bow tie and a handkerchief out of red fabric, sew these accessories into place.

And here is another envelope for a newborn. With her own hands, mom will sew half of the zippers to one and the second parts of the upper edge. For the next option, you do not need a pattern for a newborn envelope. With your own hands, you can do it without a template. Cut out a diamond from two fabrics, the length of which is 2, 2 times the height of the child, and the width is twice. Sew the two pieces together. If you want to make a warm envelope, then put a synthetic winterizer inside. It must be cut out without seam allowances, and the edges 1 and 2 of the part must be bent over this filler, sewn.

At the top, the seam should be double, one line would be at such a distance from the second so that the elastic can freely pass into the resulting space. Its ends need to be secured by sewing here. At the same time, slightly tighten the elastic in order to gather the fabric at the top of the envelope, turning the corner into a comfortable hood.

You can knit an envelope for a newborn with knitting needles. Measure the baby's height, make the pattern a little looser so that the baby can freely pull out the socks.

For such a product, use patterns:

• pigtail;
• honeycomb;
• garter stitch;
• elastic band 2x2.

Step-by-step instruction:

1. Start knitting from the bottom, that is, from the part that will end up at the level of the baby's armpits. Here you need to make a 2x2 "elastic" pattern, that is, knit 2 front, 2 purl.
2. Further, the "pigtail" pattern is knitted, and between these two elements "honeycomb" or another volumetric one. On the left, make a transverse elastic, performing two rows with purl and two front loops.
3. To make holes for the loops, close 2-3 loops, in the next row do the same number of yarns here, and in the third row knit these yarns according to the pattern.
4. When you get to the top of the child's back, do the elastic pattern, but not only on the left, but also on the right. Here you need to knit, alternating, 2 rows of front, two rows of purl.
5. After you close the loops, fold the top edges together and sew them to form a hood. If you did not knit an elastic band here, then type around the edge of the loop, knit it at this stage.
6. Sew buttons on the left side of the envelope, fasten them by threading them into the pre-formed loops.

You can make a clasp not on one, but on both sides.

You can also easily knit a sweater for a newborn without a pattern. It consists of four rectangles, you need to make a cutout for the head.

Use a garter stitch so you don't have to create elastic at the bottom and on the sleeves. This pattern is great for beginners. Create a sample. Based on it and calculations, dial the required number of loops for the front. Knit this rectangle, when you get to the armpits, cast on the right and left loops for the sleeves.

In the middle of the front, remove the loops on the knitting needle, you will knit this part separately. Knit the sleeves along with the remaining loops of the shelf further. When you get to the neckline on the back, close the required number of loops.

Having knitted the sleeves of the required width, close the loops on the right and left, then, continue to knit only the back. Now all you have to do is tie the “tongue” loops on the neck of the front, here you will sew buttons to fasten the sweater on the child after you put it on. Sew the sleeves at the seams, this is what a wonderful knitted product for the baby will turn out.

You can tie the two halves of the shelf separately without making a “tongue” for the fastener. You will create it using loops knitted on the front strip and buttons sewn on the other side.

It is even easier to knit a vest for a child. Create two rectangular canvases - a shelf and a back. Sew them over your shoulders. On the neck, dial the loops, knit the collar with the "elastic" pattern. Now sew the sides, and if the child is already big enough, then sew buttons here to make a stylish original thing.

We knit and sew simple booties with our own hands

1. If you want to quickly knit booties or indoor shoes for your baby, then measure the distance from the middle of the heel to the middle toe.
2. Multiply the resulting figure by 2. This is the size you should have a canvas. Let's say this figure is 20 cm. Tie the sample with a scarf pattern to determine how many loops you need to dial to knit a strip equal to 20 cm.
3. After creating it, close the loops at one and second edges. Knit only the central tongue, its width is equal to the width of the sole of the child, and the length is slightly less than the length of the foot.
4. Close the hinges. Bring the right and left strips forward as shown in the photographs, fix the booties in this position by sewing them on the sides and front.

With your own hands, you can not only knit shoes for a child, but also sew them. Check out some of the models.

There are a lot of options, let's start with the first one. To sew such booties, you will need a pattern, but it is very simple and consists of only two parts.

The semicircular element is the top and rear sides. The drawn line is where you want to cut the fabric. The second part is the outsole. Take any dense material from fabric: felt, drape, felt. You can even use leather or fur, if the child is not allergic to such materials and will not try to pull off the villi.

So, to sew booties, take:

• dense fabric;
• pattern;
• yarn;
• a needle with a thick eye;
• scissors.

Resize the pattern, attach it to the fabric, redraw, cut out. Insert a thread of the correct color into the needle. Overcast the cutout of the booties, sew on the back. Attach this upper to the sole, sweeping these two pieces together.

A pattern will also help with this. Resize it, taking into account the scale: the size of the side of one square is 2 cm. The dots show the connection points. Use stitch # 2 for the top cut and stitch # 1 for the backing.

Bib: pattern and description

To keep babies neat from childhood, their clothes are clean, tie bibs on them.

You will need several such aprons, because they quickly get dirty, especially during feeding or when the baby is teething and frequent salivation. So sew more bibs. As you can see, one will need:

• 2 pieces of fabric of different colors;
• white flap;
• two black buttons for the eyes;
• ribbons;
• cellophane;

In order for the bib to protect the clothes from getting wet, it is better to make two layers - the top of the cloth, the bottom of dense cellophane.

1. Cut out the main bib and pocket for it from the linen and polyethylene. Fold over the two fabrics, sew along the edges on the wrong side of the fabric. If the machine collects at the same time at the seam, put a newspaper down under the cellophane, at the end you will simply tear it off.
2. Here's how to sew the bib further. Turn it to the right side, sew a pocket on the sides and bottom, which also consists of fabric and cellophane.
3. Cut out two circles from a white canvas, attach them to the bib, attach 2 dark buttons on top, sew these eyes.
4. Embroider the smiling mouth with a contrasting color. Sew the straps on top to tie the bib at the back of the neck. You can decorate it with another braid.

Let the kids learn the names of animals from childhood. Then you need to sew applications of animals to their aprons. With the same braid, on which you will tie the bib, turn over the neck of the product.

From old jeans or other products that have such a fabric, you can sew a bib with your own hands using the same pattern. It fastens at the back with a button. Therefore, you need to extend the bib up, sew a button on one side, and a loop on the other. The kid will be very fashionable.

It can be of another shape, acute-angled at the bottom.

Such a bib is made in the form of a scarf with sides of 16 and 12 cm. Two such canvases are cut from different fabrics, then they need to be sewn on the wrong side, turned on the front side. A clasp is attached on the long side at 1 and 2 corners. These can be buttons and loops, buttons or Velcro.

• a piece of rubberized fabric;
• buttons;
• threads;
• wide elastic band;
• braid;
• scissors.

1. Print out the pattern provided.
2. Transfer it to a rubberized cloth. Finish the edges of the product by simply tucking them in or by additionally sewing on the decorative braid here.
3. Sew on buttons, cut and sew on buttonholes so the reusable diaper can be fastened.

How to sew a headband for a baby?

This accessory will also be useful for a baby. When you want to take a photo of a girl, put a beautiful headband on her head.

For such a headgear, use:

• stretching braid;
• a strip of fabric;
• thread with a needle.

This braid is sold at sewing shops. It will not put pressure on the child's head, as it does not have strong tension when stretching and squeezing.

Determine the volume of the baby's head. Cut the braid along this mark, sew on its small sides.

If you cut several strips of different lengths, sew each at the edge, twist in the form of a figure eight, stitch in the middle. Now attach the blanks one on top of the other, sew them in the center.

1. Two blanks will be the same, the third has beveled edges.
2. Sew the sides on your hands, join two identical pieces.
3. Sweep the resulting shape in the middle to form eights. They need to be sewn together in the center, a blank with beveled edges should be attached to the bottom, and also stitched here.

Here's how to make a satin ribbon bow for contrast. Take:

• black and white satin ribbons;
• scissors;
• button;
• thread with a needle.

1. Cut 5 strips of black and white fabric. Wrap the edges of each, sew them on your hands.
2. Without removing the thread from the needle, arrange the petals in the same color in the same way. At the end, you just have to tighten the thread to form a flower.
