There are just countless recipes for various first courses, namely soups. Today I suggest making bean soup with tomato. The easiest way for this dish is to take ready-made beans in a jar. If you have one, skip the first cooking step and skip straight to sautéing the vegetables. In this case, add tomato juice or paste to the soup as needed.
Before making the soup, let's dwell on beans. Before cooking it, be sure to soak it for at least 4 hours in cold water. After that it will cook quickly. But if you don't have that much time, then bring the beans to a boil and drain the water. Refill it with cold water and cook until tender, adding cold water in small portions every 20 minutes. The beans will take longer to cook than after soaking, but you won't have to wait until they swell.

Ingredients:
- Beans - 1/2 tbsp.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Tomato juice - 200 ml
- Broth - 400 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Pour the pre-soaked beans with cold broth and put on fire. After boiling, reduce the heat, salt and cook for 40 minutes. If you used red beans, the broth will be dark in color. This can not be avoided in any way, except to take exclusively white beans.
While the beans are cooked through, we will prepare the onions and carrots. Cut these vegetables into cubes. In addition to carrots, take red bell peppers.
Saute the onions and carrots in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Stir the vegetables all the time until they are evenly browned.
After 40 minutes add diced potatoes to the beans. Bring to a boil.
Now add the onions and carrots. By the way, if you want to cook lean soup, then instead of broth, take water or vegetable broth.
Add tomato juice and cook the soup over medium heat for 20 minutes.
