Despite the fact that it is prepared from vegetables, but the fish added to the composition gives satiety and an amazing unforgettable taste. Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Canned red or other fish - 120 g
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves
- Salt - a pinch
- Odorless vegetable oil - for refueling
Step by step preparation of tomato, cucumber and fish salad:
1. Wash the tomatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Use a sharp knife to cut it into medium pieces. Do not grind the tomatoes too much, otherwise they will let juice and the salad will be too watery.
2. Wash cucumbers, dry with a napkin and cut into slices. I cut them into thin half rings, but you can choose any other cutting method, for example, bars or straws.
3. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
4. Open the canned fish.
5. Put tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic and fish into a large salad bowl, which you have previously smashed into small pieces.
6. Season salad with oil and salt and mix well. You can also pour the oil left in a tin with canned fish into the salad. Serve the salad immediately after cooking, because such salads are consumed immediately after preparation. Otherwise, under the influence of salt, they will quickly release juice and become too watery.
