Having enjoyed your fill of strawberries, you can move on to its preparation and baking. Today we'll talk about the second one and cook delicious muffins with milk. This requires the minimum set of available products. At the same time, the recipe is fast, simple and easy to execute, and it does not take much time and effort. Any novice culinary specialist and even an inexperienced housewife can cope with its implementation. The finished baked goods will still turn out perfect, mouth-watering and very tasty. Such a cupcake with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk will make any morning kinder!
This recipe is suitable for both portion molds and one large baking dish. You can also take advantage of the latest trendy culinary trend - baking cupcakes in mugs. The products will be prepared in the oven, but if desired, they can be made in a multicooker. This will make 12 standard small cupcakes. For flavor, you can add a pinch of vanilla or a teaspoon of vanilla sugar. But if you wish, feel free to experiment with aromatic and flavoring additives.

Ingredients:
- Milk - 200 ml
- Flour - 300 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Soda - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 100 g
- Strawberry - 200 g
- Butter - 50 g

Step-by-step preparation of strawberry muffins with milk:
1. Drive eggs into a deep container and add salt.
2. Beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy, light and lemon-colored.
3. Add softened room temperature butter to the egg mass. It is not necessary to melt it in a water bath, it is enough that it is soft. Therefore, remove the oil from the refrigerator well in advance.
4. Beat the food again with a mixer until it is evenly distributed. The mass will settle down a bit, but don't let that scare you.
5. Pour room temperature milk over the eggs and turn the food until the liquid component becomes homogeneous.
6. Combine flour with salt, a pinch of soda and stir.
7. Combine liquid and dry ingredients. Knead the dough well so that there is not a single lump. It will have a fluid, flowing texture.
8. Grease the baking tins with butter. Wash the strawberries, cut the tails and cut into small pieces. Divide it evenly into the serving tins. Molds can be used with silicone, iron or disposable paper.
9. Pour 2/3 of the dough into the molds. when baking, the products will increase in size.
10. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the muffins to bake for 20 minutes. However, if you bake one large cake, the baking time will increase to 40 minutes. When the product acquires a golden brown crust, try it for readiness, piercing it with a wooden splinter. If sticking is present, continue baking. If the stick is clean, remove the baked goods and leave to cool without removing from the mold. If desired, the hot cake can be soaked in syrup, coffee, liqueur, etc.
