This magnificent alliance will whet the appetite of even the opponents of sweet foods. You can use fresh or frozen strawberries for the recipe. Frozen berries must first be defrosted slightly. You can add whole strawberries to the dough or finely chopped with a knife. This dough can be used to bake not only small portioned muffins, but also a pie in one small round shape or in a bread pan. The muffins will be baked in the oven, but you can also cook them in the multicooker.

- Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
- Milk - 75 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Strawberries - 150-200 g
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Granulated sugar - 0.25 tbsp.
- Baking powder for dough - 1.5 tsp.
- Butter - 40 g
Step by step cooking strawberry muffins in milk, recipe with photo:
1. Cut butter at room temperature into pieces and combine with sugar.
2. Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer, breaking up the refined grains so that the butter acquires a light shade. Then add the egg and continue beating the products again until smooth.
3. Pour in milk at room temperature and stir the liquid components.
4. Add a pinch of baking powder and mix well with a mixer. When the baking powder reacts, the mass will slightly increase in volume and a small foam will form on the surface.
5. Pour flour into the liquid base and sift through a fine sieve.
6. Knead the dough until smooth and homogeneous, so that there are no lumps.
7. Wash and dry the strawberries. If the berries are frozen, then defrost them first. Cut the strawberries into slices and add to the dough. Stir to distribute it evenly.
8. If the baking tins are made of iron, grease them first. Silicone and paper molds do not need to be lubricated. Pour the dough into 2/3 parts into molds.
9. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the strawberry muffins to bake in milk for 15-20 minutes. The baking time depends on the size of the cupcakes. The larger they are, the longer it will take to cook. Check the readiness of the American dessert by piercing a wooden splinter: it must be dry. Remove the finished products from the molds and serve. If you wish, you can decorate them with powdered sugar or pour over them with chocolate icing.
