But if desired, such muffins can be baked with apples, plums, nectarines … In addition, the recipe uses a small amount of vegetable oil and does not use animal fats, margarine or butter at all. Although if you prefer more rich products or extra pounds are not scary, then instead of vegetable oil, take melted butter. You can bake muffins in the oven, microwave, and even in a multicooker. You can also make one large cupcake using this recipe. In this case, the baking time will only increase to 40-45 minutes.
