The proposed dessert will especially appeal to those who cannot live without their favorite cottage cheese. Or it will help out those mothers whose children refuse to eat cottage cheese on their own. If you wish, you can add a layer of your favorite jam or thick jam to the dessert, and use fresh or frozen berries for decoration. Another plus of the treats is that the curd cream is quite dense, so the baskets keep their shape well and do not get wet. This extends their shelf life, which allows the dessert to be prepared in advance before the upcoming holiday.

1. Place the curd in a deep bowl. If it is very wet, then first remove the excess serum, otherwise the cream will not keep its shape and it will turn out to be too wet, from which the baskets will get wet. To do this, place the curd in cheesecloth and hang for 1 hour so that all the moisture is glass. The fat content of the curd can be any. This will only affect the calorie content of the dessert.
2. Add raw eggs to the curd.
3. Then add sugar and vanilla sugar.
4. Put raspberries to the curd. These can be fresh berries or frozen whole or in the form of mashed potatoes. This recipe uses frozen raspberry puree. But other berries or fruits, or preserves or marmalades will also work. When using the latter, reduce the amount of sugar.
5. Dip blender into food and beat until smooth and fluffy.
6. Fill the baskets with curd cream and garnish with fresh or frozen raspberries. You can also use strawberries, currants, blackberries, etc. for decoration. The cream can be spread with a spoon, or, if available, use a pastry bag.
