Step-by-step preparation of Pandora salad, recipe with photo:
1. You can use any mushrooms for the recipe: canned, frozen or fresh. Forest or mushrooms will do. Defrost frozen, canned and fresh rinse under running water. I advise using mushrooms or oyster mushrooms as fresh fruits. Farmed mushrooms require minimal processing time.
