Step-by-step preparation of the "herring under a fur coat" salad, New Year's recipe with a photo:
1. Boil potatoes in their uniforms in salted water. Then cool, peel and grate. Take a mat (bamboo rug) and wrap it with cling film. Put potatoes on it in an even rectangular layer, tamp and press down well.
