Chicken meat is low-calorie, very tender and easily digested by the stomach. It is advised to use it for dietary and baby food. There are many options for cooking chicken, the easiest is, of course, to bake the whole bird. Cooking Chicken Torero
1. Wash, dry and cut the chicken pieces into medium pieces, as shown in the photo. You can use all kinds of chicken parts for this dish. If you prefer diet food, then buy fillets, if you like more fatty and hearty food - use thighs or drumsticks.
2. Now prepare the vegetables. Peel the onion and garlic, and peel the peppers from the tails, cores and seeds. Wash all vegetables and cut them equally into strips.
3. Put the pan on the stove, pour the olive oil and put the meat to fry. Fry it over high heat until lightly golden brown and add chopped onion and garlic.
4. Reduce temperature to medium and cook food, stirring occasionally until half cooked.
5. Then add any remaining waxes (tomatoes and bell peppers) to the skillet.
6. Bring food to a boil over high heat. Then, reduce the temperature to medium, cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Juice will be released from the vegetables, in which the dish will be stewed. Then pour the wine into the pan.
7. Season the ingredients with salt, pepper and all the spices. Increase the heat and cook vigorously until all the alcohol has evaporated.
8. Serve Torero right after cooking. Since it is prepared in a company with vegetables, it practically does not need an additional side dish. Although you can, if you wish, boil potatoes, spaghetti or cereals.
