Cooking pita bread roll with chicken and cheese:
1. Wash the chicken fillet under running water, put it in a cooking pot and boil in salted water until tender. The cooking time is usually no more than half an hour.
2. After fillet, remove from broth and leave to cool. Use the broth to prepare any other dish, for example, cook a light noodle soup.
3. Wash the eggs, put them in a container, cover with cold water and boil hard boiled for 10 minutes. Then transfer to ice water and leave to cool completely.
4. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes, dry with a cotton towel and cut into cubes about 1 cm in size.
5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater or also cut into cubes and add to the bowl with the tomatoes.
6. Eggs, peel, grate or cut and send after the cheese.
7. Cut the chicken fillet into medium pieces or tear along the fibers and place in a bowl with all the food. Add mayonnaise and season food with salt.
8. Stir the food until smooth. You will get a delicious salad that you can even eat on its own.
9. Spread the pita bread on the countertop and lay out half of the salad. Spread it evenly over the entire area, no more than 1 cm thick.
10. Carefully, so as not to tear, roll up the pita bread and wrap it with cling film. Send it to the refrigerator to soak for an hour.
11. After this time, remove the bag from the roll, cut into portions and serve.
