Each option for making lavash rolls is unique, because any recipe can experiment with ingredients! Depending on the products used, a ready-made snack can be both healthy and vegetarian. And in general, the use of Armenian lavash is a great solution for a quick snack. Moreover, such an appetizer is suitable both for a festive table and for an everyday menu. In this recipe, I will tell you a recipe for a roll with chicken, mushrooms and cheese. It is distinguished by its particular tenderness, juiciness, satiety and nutritional value.
To prepare a snack, you must first choose the right and high-quality pita bread. A properly prepared product must be packed in a plastic bag and can be stored for up to several days in the refrigerator. If the pita bread turns out to be too thin, then when rolled into a roll, it can break, and dry it can break. Therefore, make sure when buying so that it does not become weathered and dry. Also, observe the correct conditions for storing it at home. Another danger is that unscrupulous producers often prepare an Armenian dish using yeast, which manifests itself in the form of mold after a couple of days.

Cooking pita bread roll with chicken, mushrooms and cheese
1. Wash the champignons, peel the caps and cut into strips or cubes. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put mushrooms to fry. There will be a lot of liquid coming out of them at first, so heat it up a lot to evaporate all the moisture. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper and continue cooking, stirring occasionally. Bring the food until cooked and golden brown.
2. Wash the chicken, remove the skin and separate the meat from the bone. Cut the pulp into small pieces about 2 cm and put them in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
3. Fry the chicken pieces over slightly over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Do not fry them too much so as not to dry out.
4. Peel the onions, chop into half rings, put in a deep bowl and add vinegar, sugar and hot water. Stir and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
5. In a deep bowl, combine fried mushrooms and medium-sized tomato slices. Do not cut the tomatoes too finely, otherwise they will let the juice out, from which the filling will be watery.
6. Put the pickled onions to them, which are well squeezed out of excess moisture.
7. Wash green onions, chop finely and add to all products.
8. Cut the cheese into cubes and add to all foods. Processed varieties can be used instead of hard cheese.
9. Chop the garlic and add to all products.
10. Put in the grilled meat.
11. Pour mayonnaise on all ingredients and season with salt.
12. Mix ingredients. You will end up with a pretty tasty salad, so cook more of it so that you can roll some of it into a roll, and eat some on its own.
13. Spread the pita bread on the table and apply the filling in a thin layer, evenly distributing it.
14. Carefully roll the pita bread into a roll. Do not press it too tightly so that it does not break.
15. Wrap it with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. The bag will help the roll to soak faster and better, and not to crumble when cutting.
16. Remove the film from the finished snack, cut the roll into portions and serve. If you take it with you to work, on the road or use it as a snack, then do not remove the package until you use it.
