Step by step preparation of curd marble casserole with cornstarch
1. First you need to combine cottage cheese with sugar.
2. Drive in chicken eggs. In order for the color of the casserole to be pleasantly yellow, we will choose homemade eggs with brightly colored yolks for dessert.
3. Turn the ingredients into a soft paste. Let's do it with a hand blender. Continue whisking until the curd grain disappears.
4. Since for the casserole we need two types of dough: light and chocolate, divide the curd mass into 2 unequal parts. Add cornstarch to two-thirds of the dough, stirring thoroughly with a whisk or spatula.
5. Add cocoa powder and milk to one third of the dough. Both doughs must be the same consistency, and cocoa gives density, so by adding milk we made both doughs the same texture.
6. Line the baking dish with parchment. If there is no baking paper, grease the mold with butter or refined vegetable oil. Pour out some white dough.
7. Pour in the light and chocolate dough alternately. You can make streaks at the end with a fork or bamboo skewer. Just do not be zealous: the colors should not mix, we need a marble pattern.
8. In an oven preheated to 180 degrees, place a dish with a curd casserole and leave it there for 40–45 minutes. We take out the finished curd casserole, let it cool and the dessert can be served.
9. An excellent marble curd casserole with excellent cross-sectional streaks is ready. Bon Appetit!
