- Freshly ground natural coffee - 1 tsp

- Dark chocolate - 15-20 g
Step by step preparation of coffee with chocolate, recipe with photo:
1. The most delicious coffee comes from freshly ground coffee beans. Therefore, grind the roasted coffee beans using a manual or electric coffee grinder before starting to prepare a drink.
2. Put a spoonful of ground coffee in a Turk.
3. Pour coffee with drinking water and place the turkey on the stove. Boil coffee: bring it to a boil twice, and stand for 1 minute between sets. Watch the boiling process, because the crema rises quickly in the turk and the drink can escape. If you have an electric coffee maker or coffee machine, then brew a drink in these appliances.
4. Break the bar of chocolate into pieces or grate and place in the glass in which you will serve the drink. If the sweetness of dark chocolate is not enough, then add sugar to the drink. Also, instead of dark chocolate, you can use a milky or white look.
5. Pour brewed coffee into this glass. Do this very carefully so that no coffee beans get into the drink. You can pour coffee through fine filtration (sieve, cheesecloth).
6. Stir the coffee with chocolate with a whisk or spoon to dissolve the chocolate under the influence of hot coffee, and immediately start tasting the drink.
