But in any case, brizol is not a dish, but a method of preparation. That is, products are fried in an omelet or egg. In a similar way, you can cook not only minced meat or a whole piece of meat, but also fish, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs … Today I propose to make a sweet brizol for dessert - an omelet with sour cream with strawberries. For the recipe, you need chicken eggs, a couple of tablespoons of sour cream for tenderness, which can be replaced with milk or cream, a drop of frying oil and a few strawberries. Step by step cooking brizol with sour cream with strawberries, recipe with photo:
1. Place the contents of the eggs in a deep container, salt and add sugar.
2. Whisk the eggs until smooth and smooth. You do not need to beat them with a mixer, you just need to mix with a fork.
3. Add sour cream to the egg mixture.
4. Stir eggs with sour cream until smooth. Add ground cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg and other spices to the mixture if desired.
