And it doesn't matter that the baked goods are high in calories, because it is simply impossible to resist its alluring spicy aroma. Plus, making gingerbread honey biscuits with nuts is very easy. You can make amazing flavored cookies thicker, then they turn out to be soft like gingerbread, or thin them so that they come out crispy.
For making New Year's cookies, it is permissible to use all kinds of molds not only in the form of stars, but also in the form of Christmas trees, little men, houses, cones, snowflakes, animals, etc. Such molds can be purchased in supermarkets. And if the necessary mold is not at hand, then you can make a template from thick cardboard, or go the simple way and bake round cookies using a glass or glass. If desired, ready-made New Year's cookies can be decorated with white or chocolate icing, ready-made confectionery beads, powders, white icing, etc.

- Flour - 270 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.

- Walnuts - 50 g
- Creamy margarine - 100 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Honey - 3-4 tablespoons
Step-by-step preparation of ginger-honey cookies with nuts and New Year's predictions, recipe with photo:
1. Cold-heat margarine (not frozen) cut into medium-sized chunks and dip in a food processor.
2. Next add a raw egg.
3. Pour flour, sifted through a fine sieve, so that it is enriched with oxygen, and the food is more fluffy.
4. Lightly fry the walnuts in a clean and dry frying pan, grind into smaller pieces and send to the bowl of the food processor.
5. Next, add ginger powder to all products. Fresh ginger root can be used. To do this, clean it and grate it on a fine grater. For this recipe, it is enough to use 1.5-2 cm of fresh root.
6. Pour honey into the bowl of the food processor, which can be of any kind, both fresh and already sugared.
7. Knead an elastic, tight dough so that it does not stick to the sides of the cookware.
8. Take it out of the bowl, form it into a round shape, place it in a plastic bag and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour or freezer for 15 minutes.
9. Then remove it from the bag and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin layer about 5 mm thick. I recommend using a silicone mat or parchment paper for this.
10. Cut out the dough to the desired shape with molds. I have stars today.
11. Remove excess dough and make two holes in the stars with a cocktail tube.
12. Send the ginger-honey cookies with nuts to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
