Probably, there is no such person who does not like fried eggs. After all, there are many options for its preparation. And if you supplement it with different products each time, you can get new dishes. For example, fried eggs go well with: cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, eggplants, bell peppers, cabbage, crackers, sausage, ham, bacon, beans, potatoes, cottage cheese … And this is not the whole list of products that can be used for scrambled eggs … Therefore, every eater can find for himself that scrambled eggs recipe that he likes best.
In addition, you can also cook scrambled eggs in two types: fried eggs and scrambled eggs. First, whole eggs (without stirring) are driven into a hot pan so that the yolk remains intact. Second - first, the eggs are stirred (you can add milk, flour or sour cream), and then the mass is poured out to fry. This fried egg recipe assumes the latter option. And additional components of the dish will be tomatoes and onions.

Ingredients:
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Pork lard or vegetable oil - for frying
- Eggs - 2 pcs.

Cooking scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions
1. First of all, prepare all the food. Defrost pork lard and cut into any pieces for frying and heating. If you will cook fried eggs in vegetable oil, then skip this step. There will also be delicious fried eggs in butter.
2. Peel the onions, wash and chop finely. For example, cubes or quarter rings.
3. Wash, dry and chop the tomato. You can cut it in any shape you like. I prefer the simplest option. Divide the fruit in half, then again in half and cut into quarters into rings.
4. Fry bacon in a skillet. If you leave it in scrambled eggs, then heat it without getting it dry. If you prefer to throw it away, then melt it as much as possible and remove it from the pan. I love bacon, so I leave it in the dish.
5. Add the onions to the skillet and sauté over medium heat.
6. When the onion acquires a light golden color, add the tomatoes to it and fry, stirring occasionally for literally 1 minute.
7. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs into a deep bowl and add salt. Stir the mixture with a whisk until it becomes homogeneous. But if you wish, you can cook fried eggs.
8. Pour the eggs over the vegetables and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
9. Serve the food immediately after cooking, while the scrambled eggs are hot and tasty. Sprinkle with grated cheese when you remove it from the stove if desired.
