Chicken is a common food in many families. It is affordable, economical, quick to prepare, does not require lengthy preliminary processing, and it turns out quite tasty. All its parts are suitable for cooking: fillets, wings, thighs and drumsticks. They are fried, boiled, baked or stewed. Each method of heat treatment is good and tasty in its own way. But, in my opinion, when stewing, the meat turns out to be the most tender, which just melts in the mouth. Therefore, it is this cooking option that I want to share with you. Moreover, it is prepared as easy as shelling pears, you do not need to pickle anything, and there are a minimum of ingredients.
In addition to the fact that chicken drumsticks are invariably tasty, they are still nourishing and easily absorbed by the body. In a minimum amount of time, you can feed the whole family with excellent juicy and delicate food. For extinguishing, I chose ordinary drinking water. However, even such a simple recipe can be prepared in an exquisite way, using not water, but wine or beer. Then you will get an incredible delicacy that any sophisticated gourmet will appreciate.

Cooking braised chicken drumstick
1. Wash the chicken drumsticks under running water and pat dry with a paper towel so that there are no splashes during frying that will stain the dishes nearby. Then use a kitchen hatchet to chop the shins into 2 pieces. Although this can be done at will. Place the pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat well. Bring your hand to the bottom of the pan when you feel a strong heat, then it is ready. Then put the prepared drumsticks in it. It contains a lot of bad cholesterol and calories.
2. Fry the drumsticks on both sides over high heat until they are golden brown. This will keep the juice in them. Then reduce the temperature to medium and put the washed and chopped onions and garlic into the pan.
3. Fry the meat with onions for about 15 minutes, so that the onions are lightly browned and the legs are slightly browned. But if you like heavily fried meat, then keep it on the stove for longer, until a fried crust forms.
4. Now put bay leaf, allspice and hot pepper in the pan. Pour drinking water and boil. Then, bring the heat to low, cover the dishes and simmer the meat for about an hour until tender. If desired, add any spices, spices and herbs. Also, if you want to get a side dish right away, then put chopped potatoes in the pan in the pan. It will be stewed, soaked in meat juice and you will have a full dinner.
5. Serve the finished meal warm. For a side dish, you can boil potatoes, rice, spaghetti or any cereals, or just chop a fresh vegetable salad.
