A variety of fillings are spread on top of the crouton, according to the taste and preference of the cook. Ciabatta bread is ideal for making bruschetta. But now all sorts of variations are possible. Choose absolutely any bread: white, black, whole grain. You also have the right to decide whether to dry the toast or not, but it will definitely taste better. The bread will crunch pleasantly and acquire a pleasant golden hue. In general, there is no one-size-fits-all way to make the perfect bruschetta bread. It all depends on your taste preferences.

Today I am sharing a recipe for a delicious Italian bruschetta with pear, garlic and basil. The appetizer turns out to be very tasty and unusual. You don't need to be too smart with her, tk. there are no complicated technological processes in cooking. If desired, the appetizer will be very tasty if the set of ingredients is supplemented with mozzarella or any other cream cheese, preferably not spicy and not salty.

  • Bread - 1 slice
  • Basil - 1 sprig
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Pear - 1 pc.

1. Cut a slice of bread no more than 1 cm thick. Heat a clean frying pan without oil and add the bread. Dry on both sides over medium heat. You can use a toaster, grill or oven for this process.
