Pizza is a dish that is very easy to make at home. The filling options for this dish are endless. Pizza is a wonderful breakfast, a hearty lunch, a quick snack, a delicious dinner, and, of course, a festive dish if it is beautifully presented. From an everyday diet, pizza can easily turn into a festive dish on the New Year's menu if it is shaped like a Snowman.
Actually, the recipe for the dough itself and the products for the filling can be very different, which you like the most. The most important thing here is the technique of creating a culinary composition, namely, to form the dough elegantly and festively. This work will turn into a fun game, especially if the family has children. They will definitely be interested in preparing such a treat with their own hands.
Also, to make things easier for yourself. You can not cook the dough yourself, but buy a ready-made puff. It only has to be cut in the desired shape. But since dough is the most important component of any pizza, homemade pizza dough cannot be compared to any commercial one.

Step-by-step preparation of New Year's pizza "Snowman", recipe with photo:
1. Heat the milk to 35 degrees and put the tremors with sugar in it. Next, pour in vegetable oil, put eggs and stir so that the products are evenly dissolved until a homogeneous smooth consistency.
2. Sift the flour through a fine sieve, add salt, stir and make a small depression in the middle.
3. Gradually pour the liquid base into the flour and knead the dough.
4. Knead to a smooth dough so that it does not stick to the sides of the crockery. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands during kneading, brush them with vegetable oil. A well-kneaded dough is considered if it is kneaded for at least 10 minutes. Then cover it with a towel and place it in a warm, draft-free place for 45 minutes. During this time, it will come up and double in volume.
5. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out two circles, one larger in diameter and one smaller. Place them in a greased snowman-shaped pan. For beauty, make the "cartoon hero" a hat. Leave the dough to stand for half an hour so that it comes up.
6. By this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 10 minutes.
7. Lubricate the finished Snowman with ketchup.
8. If desired, sprinkle the cakes with onions for taste and top with the sausage cut into thin rings.
9. Top with sliced tomatoes and fried zucchini bars. If the vegetables are frozen, you can use them.
10. Sprinkle plenty of cheese over all the ingredients to make the Snowman a solid color.
11. Decorate the pizza. Cut out the eyes, nose and mouth of the snowman from the sausage. If you wish, you can decorate it at your discretion and your taste.
12. Send the pizza to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve it hot right after cooking.
