Chicken meat is generally one of the most versatile. It cannot be compared with any other, especially when it comes to sweet and sour combinations. The chicken gratefully accepts all sorts of sauces based on this combination. It is pleasant freshness, light sweet note and tangerine citrus sauce. Due to the fact that the recipe does not use zest, the taste of tangerines is unobtrusive and does not overshadow the taste of chicken.

Step-by-step cooking of stewed chicken with tangerines, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the chicken and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop the bird into convenient chunks that you want to be at ease. If you want to make the dish less greasy, remove the skin from the bird.
2. Peel the onions, rinse and chop into half rings. Peel the tangerines and divide into wedges.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Add chicken and fry until golden brown. For the first 5-7 minutes, cook it over high heat so that it is covered with a golden brown crust, which will seal the juice in them. Then screw the temperature down to medium and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
