- Beets (boiled) - 2 pcs.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp
- Carrots (boiled) - 2 pcs.

- Sauerkraut - 100 g
- Potatoes (boiled) - 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Green onions - bunch
Step-by-step preparation of vinaigrette Clapperboard for New Year 2019, year of the Pig, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the beets and cut into cubes about 5-7 mm sides. Cut all subsequent products to the same size.
2. Peel and chop the carrots.
3. Dry pickled cucumbers from the brine and cut.
4. Peel and slice the potatoes.
5. Choose an elongated salad dish. Place the beets on top of it, as shown in the photo.
6. Next add two rows of carrots.
7. Then a couple of rows of potatoes.
8. Lay out a row of pickles on one side, sauerkraut on the other.
