This is an easy recipe for a hearty dinner for the whole family. Pasta often helps out busy housewives, because this base product is suitable for both sweet and savory dishes. It goes well with many foods: cheese, vegetables and even fruits. But the undeniable classic is the macaroni duet with meat.

To make gratin according to the traditional version, you need not only to have available products, but also to know some of the subtleties of preparation. First, use fresh meat. Secondly, send the product to a preheated oven so that the gratin is evenly baked and juicy. Thirdly, set the correct temperature regime in the chamber: 180-200 degrees. Equal heating and circulation of hot air is also important. Convection mode combined with top and bottom heating is suitable. And the last moment - after baking, the dish needs to be infused in the turned off oven for about 10 minutes so that it grabs and retains the juice.
