Each national cuisine has its own version of the casserole. So, the Italians have lasagna, the English - pudding, the French - gratin. Moreover, it was the French chef who came up with the idea to bake the leftovers of food in an egg filling. Today we will cook pasta gratin with pork. This is an easy recipe for a hearty dinner for the whole family. Pasta often helps out busy housewives, because this base product is suitable for both sweet and savory dishes. It goes well with many foods: cheese, vegetables and even fruits. But the undeniable classic is the macaroni duet with meat.
To make gratin according to the traditional version, you need not only to have available products, but also to know some of the subtleties of preparation. First, use fresh meat. Secondly, send the product to a preheated oven so that the gratin is evenly baked and juicy. Thirdly, set the correct temperature regime in the chamber: 180-200 degrees. Equal heating and circulation of hot air is also important. Convection mode combined with top and bottom heating is suitable. And the last moment - after baking, the dish needs to be infused in the turned off oven for about 10 minutes so that it grabs and retains the juice.

- Pasta - 200 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Any spices to taste
- Sour cream - 250 ml
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Pork - 400 g
- Cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step preparation of pasta and pork gratin, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat, cut off the fibers with excess fat, wash and finely chop or twist in a meat grinder.
2. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic.
3. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and put the meat with onions and garlic to fry. Bring food until golden brown over medium heat.
4. Send the egg to the meat pan. Salt, pepper, season with spices and herbs.
5. Stir and pour in sour cream. Simmer the meat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, ie. do not cook them until cooked for 1-2 minutes. They will still be cooking in the oven and will reach the desired readiness. The cooking time is written on the manufacturer's packaging. Then tip them onto a sieve so that all the moisture is glass.
7. Place 1/3 of the cooked pasta in a baking dish.
8. Top with half of the stew.
9. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the meat.
10. Top with some more pasta.
11. On top of them, place the stew, which also sprinkle with cheese shavings.
12. Place remaining pasta and sprinkle generously with cheese shavings.
13. Send the gratin to a heated oven to 180 degrees for half an hour. Then turn off the frypot and leave it on for another 10 minutes. After this time, you can serve the dish to the table.
