You must understand that the creation of a quality training program should be an individual approach and there are no general programs.

To achieve positive results, you need to understand the structure of muscle tissue and know to what extent which cells are prone to hypertrophy. We have already said above that we need to develop mitochondrial and fibrillar apparatus, as well as increase the volume of sarcoplasm.

The first phase of training should be aimed at hypertrophy of the mitochondrial and fibrillar apparatus. This is most easily achieved by performing basic movements. Mitochondria respond well to one basic heavy movement performed in two sets. It is also important to adhere to the following training conditions: the muscles must be in constant tension, maintain a two-second pause at the point of maximum contraction of muscle tissue fibers.

In this mode, you need to work for three weeks, and then switch to a new split program. Having divided the body into two groups of muscles, it is necessary to carry out exercises every second day. Large muscles are trained in six sets, and small muscles in four. The number of repetitions in each set should already be in the range from 20 to 30, and the working weights will be 70-80 percent of the maximum. When choosing the weight of weights, you should focus on the ability to perform the movement ten times.
