1. Baking dough is very easy to prepare. Let's start by combining sugar, salt, yeast and an egg.
2. Add milk warmed to 40 degrees to the base. Mix and immediately add vegetable oil.
3. Pour in flour little by little.
4. Knead soft dough and stop adding flour as soon as it stops sticking to your hands.
5. Cover the dough with a clean cotton towel and let it stand for about an hour and a half to rise. The finished dough should double in size.
6. Roll out the dough into a layer no more than 3-4 mm thick.
7. Sprinkle the filling over the dough. If there is no sweet cocoa, prepare it yourself - for this combine cocoa and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
8. Wrap the dough in a tight roll.
9. Cut the roll into 8 or 6 equal pieces and place them in the shape of a flower in a fireproof dish lined with baking paper.
10. Cover with cling film and let rise for 30 minutes, then grease with egg yolk and put in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees.
11. After 25 minutes after the start of cooking, take out the buns and fill them with 50 ml of milk. We bake for another 10-15 minutes.
12. Ready buns are removed from the oven and allowed to cool completely. If desired, small pieces of butter can be added to the baked goods while still hot for a creamier flavor.
13. Yeast bun "Camomile" with cocoa is ready. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve. Delightful aromatic pastries will delight you and your family.
