What could be tastier than a combination of chocolate and cherries? This is an exquisite, unique and mysterious harmony! Light cherry sourness, juiciness and bright color of the berry, spicy bitterness of chocolate and its softness! This is a real yummy, which hardly anyone will refuse. I suggest baking a crumbly cake made from chocolate shortcrust pastry stuffed with juicy cherries. The product is very tasty and easy to prepare! It is stored for a long time, and it can be used both hot and chilled.
The nice thing is that berries are suitable for the recipe, both fresh and frozen and canned. And as a chocolate base, you can take natural cocoa powder or dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%. It is worth saying that in addition to its amazing taste, the pie is also very healthy. Chocolate improves mood, enhances brain function, improves memory, gives energy and strength. Cherries are also not deprived of useful properties. The berry enhances the secretion of the stomach, normalizes the work of the pancreas, strengthens blood vessels and fights against pathogenic microorganisms. This is an excellent tool for raising hemoglobin and strengthening the immune system.
