Step-by-step preparation of a New Year's dessert in the form of a bone at NG 2018
1. First, separate the whites from the yolks. Two squirrels and 100 grams of powdered sugar make a baking sheet full of delicious brownies. Therefore, if you plan to cook more, but there is only one baking sheet, then do not make a double portion at once. Only after preparing the first batch, start preparing the second.
2. Beat the whites until firm peaks. Start with low mixer revolutions, gradually increasing it to maximum. In 4-5 minutes you will have a perfectly white and stable mass. The photo clearly shows the peaks from the mixer beaters.
3. Add powdered sugar in small portions. It is best to add powder without turning off the mixer. Can sugar be used? Yes, you can, but the whipping time will increase. That is, the sugar must completely dissolve.
4. The mass becomes glossy and more stable, but at the same time plastic.
5. Insert the round-cut nozzle into the culinary bag and fill the bag with the mass. Place the seeds on a baking sheet. How to do it? Draw a check mark from top to bottom, bottom to top.
