These sweets are delicious at any time of the year, but they are especially good in summer. They are light, cool, and low in calories. I used sour cream as a base, but milk or cream will do. You can add nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits, marmalade, seeds, sesame, etc. to the mass. In addition, this recipe can be used to make a delicious cake. To do this, you need to use one large form. Then jelly can be confidently called a real festive dish. The dessert is visually attractive, tender and tasty. It is boldly served to the table along with exquisite dishes.
I used store sour cream with a low fat content of only 15%, so the delicacy turned out to be not very high in calories, which is also an advantage. But if you wish, you can use homemade fat sour cream.

Ingredients:
- Sour cream - 400 ml
- Gelatin - 1, 5 tablespoons
- Sugar - 100 g
- Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
Step by step preparation of jelly sweets from sour cream:
1. First of all, dilute the gelatin. Pour the contents of the bag into a cup, pour about 50 g with warm water, stir and leave to swell until completely dissolved. However, read detailed instructions on how to brew it on the manufacturer's packaging.
2. Pour the sour cream into a convenient large container.
3. Add sugar to the sour cream and begin to beat the products with a mixer.
4. Work with the mixer at high speed for about 10 minutes, so that the mass is oxygenated and almost doubled in volume. After that, pour the diluted gelatin into the sour cream and scroll again with a mixer.
5. Take a silicone mold for sweets and fill one after another with white sour cream jelly.
6. Pour cocoa powder into the remaining sour cream.
7. Beat the contents with a mixer until the cocoa is completely dissolved.
8. Divide the chocolate jelly into the empty candy containers. Send the mold to the refrigerator to set for 2-3 hours. After this time, carefully remove the product, put it on a dish and serve. At the same time, remember that such sweets should not be warm for a long time, otherwise they will melt. If you plan to keep them warm, use agar agar instead of gelatin. This product is not afraid of high temperatures.
