Step-by-step preparation of vegetable and cream cheese salad with poached egg, recipe with photo:
1. Boil poached eggs. There are many different ways to do this, which you can find on the pages of the site. I prefer to use the microwave more. To do this, fill a cup with water and release one egg so as not to damage the yolk. Microwave it for 1 minute at 850 kW.
2. Cut the processed cheese into cubes about 1-1.5 cm in size. If the cheese is hard to cut, soak it in the freezer for 15 minutes. It will freeze a little, become denser and easily cut.
3. Wash cucumbers, dry and cut into thin half rings of 2-3 mm.
4. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices.
5. Wash the bell peppers, cut off the tail, clean the seeds and cut into strips.
6. Wash greens, dry and finely chop. Peel and chop the garlic.
7. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and olive oil. Mix well. Divide the vegetable and cream cheese salad into bowls and add a poached egg to each serving. This dish is perfect for a morning meal or a late evening dinner.
