Ingredients:
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Grated boiled beets - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Green onions - a couple of twigs
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Cooking beetroot stuffed eggs
1. Dip the eggs into a container of cold water and place them on the stove to boil. After boiling, simmer and simmer for exactly 10 minutes until steep. Then transfer the eggs to ice water. This manipulation, firstly, will allow you to easily remove the shell from the eggs, and secondly, the shell will be carefully removed without damaging the protein, leaving it beautiful and even.
Peel the boiled and cooled eggs, carefully cut into two halves with a sharp knife and remove the yolk.
2. Combine the yolk with the beet chips. You can boil the beets in advance, for example, in the evening. You can also bake it in the oven, then more nutrients will be stored in it.
3. Add mayonnaise and minced garlic to the food. Season with salt.
4. Mix the filling well. Here, to taste, you can add crushed walnuts, herring, prunes, cheese, etc.
5. Fill the eggs with the filling and serve on a platter.
