A step-by-step recipe with a photo of a universal snack - pasties from ready-made dough with ground beef at home. Features of preparation, combinations of ingredients and a video recipe.
If you have a package of dough close at hand in the freezer, make your minced beef pasties very quickly. Chebureks are a dish that came to us from the Turkic-Mongol peoples. However, in our country, everyone loved them so much that they became part of our culture. This is an indispensable quick dish in the arsenal of almost many housewives. Especially if you prepare them from ready-made dough, which for the recipe you can use puff, puff-yeast, unleavened and others. Any of them defrost very quickly.
Of course, you can make the dough yourself, but it's easier to purchase a ready-made one. Moreover, pasties from it will turn out to be no less tasty than from freshly made homemade dough. They are chic, aromatic, soft and juicy on the inside, crispy and golden on the outside. The dough is thin, tasty, rolls out very well, absolutely does not break and does not stick together. Such pasties are delicious even cold the next day, if, of course, they survive! As a variety, other ingredients can be added to the filling, combining different types of meat with each other, adding cheese chips or herbs, etc. to the meat. The filling can generally be cheese, or cabbage, mushrooms, potatoes, eggs, onions.
