- Sugar - 50 g or to taste
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Drinking cold water - 75 ml
- Ground cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
- Apples - 3 pcs.
- Salt - a pinch

Step by step preparation of apple strudel, recipe with photo:
1. Pour cold water into a bowl and beat in eggs.
2. Beat eggs and water with a mixer until smooth. Pour in vegetable oil, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk the food again until smooth.
3. Add flour sifted through a fine sieve to the food. This will enrich it with oxygen and make the dough softer.
4. Knead an elastic dough so that it does not stick to the hands and sides of the dishes. If necessary, add more flour. Since gluten is different for each type of flour, you may need more or less of it. Wrap the finished kneaded dough with cling film and send to the freezer for 15 minutes.
5. Remove the dough from the freezer and roll it out as thin as possible with a rolling pin. Then stretch it with your palms in all directions. Experienced chefs get the dough 1 mm thick. But at home it can be 3 mm.
6. Wash the apples, dry with a paper towel and grate on a coarse grater. Place them on the dough, leaving free space on all sides.
7. Sprinkle apples with sugar and ground cinnamon.
8. Fold up the free edges of the dough and roll the dough into a roll. Place it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and brush the roll with milk so that it turns out with a golden brown crust.
9. Use a sharp knife to make shallow cuts on the roll at a distance of 2-3 cm.
10. Send the apple strudel to the oven heated to 180 degrees for half an hour. Serve the finished product hot. Although after cooling down, the dessert remains no less tasty.
